My Longview - XHTML Template Conversion

Though I did not design this site, I am required to maintain it. While working with the pages, I realize how sloppy the old code was, and I took it upon myself to recode the template.

In its current form, the drop down menus are built with javascript, so no links are present in the document, which hurts search engine ratings. It also uses sloppy nested tables, and poor CSS implementation.

My conversion is XHTML 1.0 Strict compliant, and uses a CSS layout for maximum flexibility. I used CSS drop down menus, which uses lightweight code, and better SEO.

I also applied the idea of presenation free markup to this template, which makes cleaner code that will download faster.
